Approach: Developed the content strategy, organized the information architecture, and designed the association's first New Member Checklist through the management agreement with Greater Tampa REALTORS®.

Outcome: Delivered a user-friendly onboarding resource that streamlined the new member experience and provided a consistent introduction to the association.
